Seller Agreement

1. SCOPE

This Agreement governs your use of the Qaderoon seller portal, listing of products on the Platform, and sales to buyers through the Platform.

2. SELLER ELIGIBILITY AND VERIFICATION

You must complete our verification process, including submitting required ID and business documents. Individual sellers are limited to one active store per national ID.

3. PLATFORM COMMISSION

Qaderoon charges a commission on each sale, calculated as a percentage of the product sale value. Reduced rates apply to PWD-made products and PWD-owned stores.

4. PAYOUTS

Funds from a completed sale are credited to your ledger at order placement and become available for payout 14 days after delivery, reflecting the return window. Minimum payout threshold: EGP 200.
