THE BASICS

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return for most items. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

WHAT CAN'T BE RETURNED

For hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, the following are non-returnable: Underwear, swimwear, personal hygiene products, perishable food, custom-made items.

WHO PAYS RETURN SHIPPING

• Seller pays if: wrong item, defective, not as described.

• Buyer pays if: you changed your mind or ordered wrong size.

REFUNDS

Once we or the seller receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or via platform credit.
